wag the dog

i know why i have so much energy- we have been sleeping in and not going to the gym this week. i think we need a week off every now and then. all this energy is making me a little crazy. the dog next door keeps barking at everything. so, while i was finishing with dinner, i was listening to the dog bark. all of a sudden it cracked me up and i started making bark noises but barking like how a politician would give a speech. it just struck me that maybe this dog is really explaining how he would run healthcare in america or deal with foreign policy or the energy crisis. politicians and the dog next door- they all sound the same to me. . .
